CommentThe cemetery is now almost completely destroyed. There are photos of it as it once was in the Bacsa archive at the British Library, file reference Mss Eur F370/807.

Inscription  Sacred to the memory of all ranks of the 2nd Battn Derbyshire Regiment (The Sherwood Foresters) who lost their lives while quartered in Aden from Nov 14th 1898 to Oct 14th 1899. Erected by their comrades. Death is swallowed up in victory.
Sacred to the memory of the NCO and following men of the 95th (Derbyshire) Regt who died at Aden in 1863 & 1864
