Remarks  England census of 1871 him as `postmaster of Hull`, aged 49, living with daughter and son in law in Battersea, Surrey.1881 census records him in Sculcoates with his family, including son Charles Samuel Walliker, aged 37, `Indian tea planter`. He was postmaster at Hull from 1863 to 1881, and a street was named after him - `Walliker Street`. His wife Louisa in fact died in 1890; her death, at the age of 73, is registered in Q4 1890 at King`s Norton RD.
